The Arise AI is a sole proprietorship providing AI and business automation services. This site hosts free resources published by The Arise AI. You can reach us at hello@theariseai.com.

When you request a resource, we collect the information you submit in the form: your full name, business name, email address, phone number, and whether you actively opted in to receive SMS messages. We also record which resource you requested.

• To deliver the resource you requested by email.
• To follow up with you about that resource and related services.
• To send SMS messages only if you actively checked the optional SMS consent box. We never infer SMS consent from the fact that you provided a phone number.

SMS consent is optional and is never required to submit the form or to receive a resource. If you opt in, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. SMS consent is collected separately from your agreement to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and deliver our communications — for example our database and email delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Submissions are stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. Submitted records are not publicly readable.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@theariseai.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date above reflects the most recent update.
